All of our coffee is specialty grade and ethically traded with a focus on relationships and respect for the farm and the farmer. All lots are carefully hand crafted and evaluated based on cup quality, farm process and sustainable practice. Our products are roasted to order, we roast, pack and ship orders each business day. Coffee profiles are all created using our Ikawa sample roasters and once we find the best roast level for that lot, we transfer the profile to our 10KG drum roasters. The result is of the freshest and highest quality of craft roasted coffee available.
